Kingston Elementary School is located within minutes of the Jones River Estates and welcomes students from kindergarten through the second grade. From there they will attend Kingston Intermediate school for grades three through six. Kingston Intermediate is located beside the elementary school.

Silver Lake Regional Middle School and Silver Lake Regional High School are both approximately 10 minutes from the Jones River Estates community. The middle school provides education for grades seven and eight, and the high school, grades nine through twelve. Silver Lake Regional High School has been recognized as being one of the 30 smartest public schools in Massachusetts by Boston Magazine in 2008 considering factors such as student achievement, college preparation and more.
